Telework in Uruguay

The work proposes a theoretical-practical analysis of the recently approved Law No. 19,978 on Promotion and Regulation of Telework in Uruguay.
It is aimed at legal operators, students, representatives of professional organizations, and especially the parties of the teleworking relationship.
It seeks to facilitate the understanding and proper application of the new law, generating legal certainty for all those involved.
