We intervene in various labor dispute matters.

We represent clients before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and subsequently in individual claims brought before the labor courts.

We assist clients before the General Labor Inspection and public bodies, and, when necessary, before the Administrative Contentious Court.

We also defend companies and workers before civil courts, to defend against abusive measures, both in amparo actions (preventive and defensive) and in civil liability lawsuits. We also intervene in labor arbitrations, both as arbitrators and as representatives of a party in voluntary processes.
