Dismissal for notorious misconduct

The work carries out a deep development of the concept of notorious misconduct, and includes the legal and jurisprudential analysis of it.
It is based on an extensive survey of jurisprudence, both from the Labor Appeals Courts, as well as from the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the application of the concept of notorious misconduct.
The effects of the notorious misconduct in the employment relationship are also analyzed, as well as its application regarding special dismissals.
