We are pleased to announce the publication of a new edition of "Practical Handbook of Labor Standards" ("Manual Práctico de Normas Laborales") by Santiago Pérez del Castillo (thirteenth edition updated with Matías Pérez del Castillo). This Labor Law classic seeks to continue addressing questions useful to those who deal with labor standards.
The aim is to provide sensible information on the regulatory situation and its recent changes, taking into account the views of Tribunals and doctrinal contributions that have come to interpret and adequately harmonize new rules in the areas of Labour Law and Social Security.
With these objectives, the work was completely revised, updated and modernized, adapting to current times. We hope it continues to be useful both to lawyers, judges, accountants and students, and to businessmen, trade unionists and labor relations specialists.
