The manual carries out an analysis of the current regulations related to rural work and activity.
The Rural Worker Statute is studied, being the main norm regarding rights and obligations in rural labor. Likewise, the working day limitation regime, the social security contribution system, as well as the regulations on safety, health and hygiene in the sector are analyzed.
On the other hand, a summary of the particular benefits and categories established in the different groups and subgroups of rural activity is also made, ending the work with a summarized analysis of particular statutes such as dairy farming, shearing, rice, farms, mountains, etc. forests and bogs.
