Her practice includes participation in acquisition, disposal, and lease contracts for movable and immovable property, the creation and supervision of in rem guarantees (mortgages and pledges), and all types of civil and commercial contracts.
Highlights include expertise in the structuring and advising of real estate developments under the condominium regime (propiedad horizontal), trust agreements, estate/inheritance law, and the establishment of non-profit entities (civil associations and foundations).
