Gonzalo specializes in providing corporate advisory services to both national and international companies, handling day-to-day operational matters as well as more extraordinary processes such as acquisitions, mergers, capitalizations, financing, among others.
Gonzalo has led significant M&A processes, advising both sellers and buyers, and has been involved from the due diligence phase to the execution of final contracts. He has also advised foreign companies on their investment plans and business development activities in Uruguay.
Additionally, he has experience providing legal counsel to individuals in matters of wealth, tax, and estate planning, utilizing both local and international structures.
