Professional Experience
From 2014 to early 2017, she worked in the Corporate Department of the law firm Posadas, Posadas & Vecino, initially as a legal assistant and later as a lawyer. During this time, she supported companies in their day-to-day operations, including shareholders’ and board of directors’ meetings, as well as in specific transactions such as share purchase agreements (SPAs), amendments to bylaws, capital operations, beneficial ownership affidavits, and company dissolutions and liquidations.
In April 2017, she joined Brum Costa Abogados, where she continued to specialize in corporate and commercial law. Her practice includes providing legal advice on M&A transactions, corporate governance, and a broad range of corporate matters, such as business structuring, shareholder agreements (SHAs), and other routine corporate law issues.
