Practice areas
He specializes in labor, corporate/M&A and litigation matters, being recognized as a national reference in all three matters by international directories.
At the workplace level, he provides comprehensive advice and represents and advises clients in the negotiation and resolution of conflicts, both individual and collective. He has been in charge of various leading cases both in justice (labor and civil in amparo actions) and before the Ministry of Labor and the Wage Councils. He is a writer of legal opinions and legal opinions on labor and union issues. He is a delegate of professional employers’ organizations in Salary Councils.
In corporate matters, he has outstanding experience and continuous activity in company mergers and acquisitions (M&A), especially in the structuring of purchases and sales of share packages and related documents. He also advises on commercial contracting and corporate matters.
In terms of dispute resolution, he has participated in several of the most notable leading cases of the last decade before the national justice system (in labor, civil and bankruptcy matters). Likewise, it has an intense activity in the private and extrajudicial elucidation of conflicts.

- Postgraduate “Specialization in Commercial Law” at the Law School of the University of the Republic (in progress).

- Professor of Applied Labor and Trade Union Law at the University of Montevideo.
- Professor of Practical Trade Union Law in the Master in Business Administration and Management (MBA) at IEEM, Business School of the University of Montevideo (2016 – present).
- Graduate professor of Applied Labor and Trade Union Law at the University of Montevideo (2016 – present).
Speaker and exhibitor at national and international events and conferences.
