Macarena provides corporate and commercial legal advisory, focusing mainly on company structuring and corporate governance, M&A processes, shareholders agreements (SHA), drafting of contracts and corporate disputes, among others.

Professional experience

From 2014 until the beginning of 2017, she worked at the Corporate Department of the Law Firm Posadas, Posadas & Vecino, first as a legal assistant and then as a lawyer. She has provided assistance in the companies’ daily activities such as shareholders and board of directors’ meetings, as well as in specific operations, such as share purchase agreements (SPA), bylaws modifications, capital operations, beneficial owners’ affidavits, companies’ dissolutions and liquidations.

In April 2017 she became part of Brum Costa Abogados, continuing her practice of providing legal advice in corporate and commercial matters, such as M&A transactions, corporate governance advisory, and several corporate affairs such as business’ structuring, SHA and regular corporate law matters.
